Job Summary
Focused and detail-oriented, the full-time Nebraska Licensed 340B Operations Analyst will manage compliance with the 340B drug discount program, perform audits, and support program optimization while working onsite and remotely after initial training.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with 340B program regulations and perform program audits
- Support data preparation and reporting related to the 340B program
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy and other department contacts to enhance program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or data analysis
- Knowledge of the 340B program or relevant training
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, health science, business, or finance
- Experience with pharmacy systems and electronic medical records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
