Nebraska Licensed Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Command, Control, Communications (C3C)/Kessel Run division, the full-time Nebraska Licensed Cybersecurity Engineer will manage cybersecurity duties, enforce Air Force policies, and ensure compliance with DoD security guidelines, with the position based at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, and the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out ISSO duties and enforce applicable cybersecurity policies and countermeasures
- Manage user access documentation, account requests, and oversee system configuration management activities
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits for planned and operational systems
Required qualifications
- Must be a US citizen with a Secret Level Clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the DoD and understanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and DoD cybersecurity policies
- Familiarity with Agile methods, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps
