Job Summary

Providing operational and strategic support, the part-time hourly Nebraska Licensed Marketing Support Associate will coordinate business development initiatives, implement growth strategies, and assist existing agents and agencies in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Enablement Consultants in executing business development strategies to enhance agent productivity and growth
• Coordinate enablement activities, communications, and training sessions to engage and support agents and agencies
• Maintain CRM systems and business development tracking tools for accurate reporting and timely follow-up

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in Medicare sales, insurance marketing, or business development
• Life/Health Insurance license is required
• Knowledge of sales enablement and relationship management practices
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
