Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Nebraska Licensed Paid Leave Specialist will manage Paid Leave claims from initial review through ongoing administration, ensuring timely and empathetic service while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new and ongoing State-Mandated Disability and Paid Family Leave claims within required timeframes
• Review relevant documentation to determine eligibility, claim duration, and benefits payable
• Communicate with claimants and stakeholders to obtain necessary information for claim management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in a disability or leave claims environment required
• Knowledge of federal and state laws on leaves of absence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to evaluate and process disability and leave claims
