Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Nebraska Licensed STD Case Manager will manage disability claims, provide empathetic customer service, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make timely and accurate STD claim decisions by reviewing relevant information and managing claims holistically
• Document claims accurately and maintain compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal partners to foster a positive work environment and maintain professionalism

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of job-related claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with disability claim management concepts and medical terminology
• Strong commitment to customer service and empathy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
