Needs Assessment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support client-focused care, the part-time Needs Assessment Coordinator will conduct screenings on potential client calls, complete necessary documentation and reports, and manage on-call admissions and referrals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screening on potential client calls
• Complete all documentation associated with client calls
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral, and transportation needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field preferred
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting
• Working knowledge of emotional/mental health and drug & alcohol issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
