Needs Assessment Coordinator

Job Summary

Conducting screenings on potential client calls, the remote Needs Assessment Coordinator will manage documentation and reporting associated with client assessments while ensuring accurate bed availability within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screenings on potential client calls and complete associated documentation
• Prepare and submit required reports related to Needs Assessment and Referral Development
• Handle on-call admissions and manage referral and transportation needs during off hours

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field preferred
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting
• Working knowledge of emotional/mental health and drug & alcohol issues
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and safety
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
