Needs Assessment Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral healthcare team, the remote Needs Assessment Supervisor will train and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators, manage relationships with staff and referral partners, and ensure the accuracy of bed management software while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators (NAC) while managing personnel activities such as screening, selection, and performance management
• Monitor quality by evaluating coordinator documentation and phone calls, holding staff accountable to established standards
• Deliver key data in an actionable format and support NAC during high volume call times

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field preferred
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting
• Previous management experience preferred
• Strong social communication skills and ability to interact with diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated professionalism and leadership abilities
