Negotiator

Job Summary

Joining a high-energy negotiations team, the full-time Negotiator will work remotely to drive savings for insurance carrier clients by managing high-volume calls, selling prompt-pay negotiation services, and processing bill information accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to present and secure discounts for the prompt-pay program
• Accurately enter and update bill and provider data while maintaining speed and minimal errors
• Review electronic bills from insurance clients, verify details, and determine negotiation steps

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, healthcare, or insurance is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or high-volume production environments preferred
• Experience with data entry or medical billing is advantageous
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to sell services confidently to medical professionals
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
