Job Summary
To support critical banking applications, the remote .NET API Developer will design and develop scalable, secure APIs and microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions while leveraging Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core technologies
- Own the API lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and ASP.NET MVC Core
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with Apigee API Management, including API security and policies
