Job Summary
Providing advanced production support, the full-time .Net Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot and manage enterprise applications hosted on Azure cloud platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications hosted on the Azure cloud platform
- Troubleshoot application, API, integration, workflow, and database-related issues
- Monitor and support Azure PaaS services including Azure App Services and Azure SQL
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in L2 production support and cloud application support
- Experience supporting enterprise applications hosted on the Azure platform
