.NET Core Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote .NET Core Site Reliability Engineer will manage incident triage, troubleshooting, and application enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and process excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and own incidents, ensuring clear communication and swift restoration during high-severity events
- Execute root-cause isolation and perform targeted mitigations to restore services quickly
- Engage with various teams to drive efficient problem resolution and facilitate continuous improvement actions
Required qualifications
- Expertise in C# and .NET Core, with experience in developing enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Python and experience with cloud ETL platforms
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, including Lambda and DynamoDB
- Experience with SOAP, REST, and Web API-based service protocols
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms for monitoring and troubleshooting
