Job Summary
To support and maintain production applications, the hybrid .NET Developer will monitor and troubleshoot .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core, while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve incidents and maintain technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain .NET applications and services in production
- Investigate incidents, troubleshoot application defects, and identify root causes
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of .NET and C#
- Experience with ASP.NET Core
- Production troubleshooting experience, including root cause analysis and incident response
- Ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve incidents
