Job Summary
Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time .NET Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain secure applications and data integration solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, and REST APIs in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain secure applications and data integration processes to support VA healthcare data migration initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct gap analyses and develop technical solutions for application and data management
- Participate in Agile software development activities, including troubleshooting, testing, and implementing software enhancements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of five years of software development experience with strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database development and design
- Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services and using modern development tools and Agile methodologies
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and develop secure, maintainable solutions in a remote team environment
