.NET Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time remote .NET Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain secure applications and data integration solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, and REST APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure applications and data integration processes to support VA healthcare data migration initiatives
• Collaborate with EHRM architects and teams to identify requirements and implement software enhancements for interoperability and change management
• Participate in Agile software development activities, including troubleshooting, testing, and evaluating AI-assisted development tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of five years of experience in software development using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database development and integration
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, JavaScript-based web applications, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to develop secure and maintainable solutions
