Key Responsibilities

- Respond to post-sales customer support issues through various channels
- Collect and analyze multi-platform logs to identify issues and determine root causes
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in NetApp hardware architecture, RAID concepts, and SAN/NAS storage
- Experience with Data ONTAP operating system and NetApp Storage Management Software Suite
- 2 - 5 years of experience in UNIX, storage administration, or technical support
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and case management systems
