Job Summary
To strengthen billing operations for a growing organization, the contract NetSuite SuiteBilling Specialist will configure and optimize SuiteBilling, ensuring accurate subscription, usage, and recurring billing while collaborating with Finance and Operations teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SuiteBilling, including subscription plans and billing schedules
- Set up and manage usage-based and recurring billing models
- Troubleshoot billing issues and improve existing processes and workflows
Required qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience implementing or supporting NetSuite SuiteBilling
- Strong understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition processes
- Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
- Ability to translate finance requirements into practical system solutions
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with finance teams
