Network Administration Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance enterprise networking infrastructure, the full-time Network Administration Senior Specialist will provide Tier I and Tier II support for various network services, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support for enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance and reliability issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure and support network security technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and operations
- Experience with Cisco enterprise networking environments
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
