Network Administrator

Job Summary

To support and enhance healthcare operations, the full-time Network Administrator will design, manage, and optimize network and infrastructure systems, ensuring high performance and security while collaborating with technical teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and monitor enterprise network systems including routing/switching, firewalls, and VPNs
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting support issues and develop documentation for systems and processes
• Implement and maintain internal and cloud-based network infrastructures according to best practices and security guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology with 2+ years of experience in a network administrator role, or equivalent experience with an associate or high school degree
• Experience supporting complex IT environments and enterprise networks, including routing protocols and switch configuration
• Proficiency in administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in a distributed environment
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure elements and functions, particularly Azure
• Ability to work outside of business hours as needed in an on-call rotation
