Network Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting network infrastructure, the full-time Network Administrator will manage and maintain network devices, respond to service tickets, and provide technical support for various telecommunications systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and manage patching cable installations
- Install, remove, and swap network equipment while adhering to change management procedures
- Provide technical support for telecommunications infrastructure, including WiFi, IPT, and RF systems
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in managing network infrastructure and related devices
- Proficiency in racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network hardware
- Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and IP Telephony systems
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures affecting operations
- Familiarity with various telecommunications systems, including microwave and cellular technologies
