Network Administrator II

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, the full-time remote Network Administrator II will maintain, optimize, and ensure the resiliency and security of network services while collaborating with various teams to address service requests and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing maintenance and support of network infrastructure to ensure stability and security for clients
• Participate in network device upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and incident response to maintain compliance and security posture
• Monitor client telecom circuits and engage in incident resolution while providing after-hours support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in network administration
• Solid experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routing/switching
• Knowledge of Wireshark, Solarwinds, ServiceNow, and/or ADO is helpful
