Job Summary
Supporting a mixed and growing environment, the full-time Remote Network Administrator with Secret Clearance will manage and maintain complex networks, lead new implementations, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while working remotely or on-site in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to plan, execute, and implement new network implementations
- Create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures, and policies
- Monitor and tune system and network performance; harden the network and report on overall security and operational status
Required Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- DoD Secret Security Clearance
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Computer Science or IT
- Three or more years' experience designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining complex networking solutions
- Experience configuring, updating, maintaining, and administering Cisco networking equipment and Palo Alto firewalls
