Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical and operational leadership, the full-time Network and Voice Team Lead will manage connectivity across multiple sites, overseeing wide area networking, local area networking, voice services, and network observability in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide the implementation and continuous improvement of global WAN architecture and manage carrier and circuit delivery
- Lead the technical design and operational support of LAN infrastructure and enterprise wireless engineering
- Coordinate the operation and support of global voice services, including cloud calling and telephony migrations
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in complex, global organizations
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience across multiple regions or time zones
- Deep technical command of enterprise networking and voice architecture
- Experience with network automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency
