Network Architect
Job Summary
Architecting enterprise network strategies in a remote setting, the full-time Sr. Network Architect will design and lead Fortinet Secure SD-WAN deployments, manage client connectivity solutions, and evaluate network technologies to align with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise network frameworks for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments using Fortinet technologies
- Lead the deployment of Fortinet Secure SD-WAN, including topology design and failover strategies
- Evaluate and recommend network technologies, ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum Fortinet NSE 4 certification; NSE 7 or higher strongly preferred
- 15+ years of hands-on network engineering and architecture experience
- Significant production experience with Fortinet in complex, multi-site environments
- Expertise in IPsec VPN design and troubleshooting, as well as deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols
