Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise network infrastructure, the full-time remote Network Engineer will design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot complex networking solutions across multiple global locations, ensuring high availability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable and secure enterprise network architectures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions
- Manage and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Lead incident management efforts for complex network issues, performing Level 3 and Level 4 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Network Engineering experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions
- Experience with networking technologies from vendors such as Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues, including handling Level 3 and Level 4 escalations
