Network Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, the full-time Network Engineer will focus on Data Center networking while also managing cloud connectivity, network security, and automation tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 production networks, ensuring connectivity across data centers and cloud environments
- Support network security platforms and SD-WAN solutions, while executing network automation tasks for provisioning and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network components for various initiatives, maintaining documentation and adhering to established standards
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, particularly in Data Center or enterprise networking environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, SD-WAN solutions, and cloud connectivity for Azure and AWS
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
- Experience supporting network automation using tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
