Network Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting healthcare organizations, the full-time Network Engineer will deploy and maintain client and company network environments, providing hands-on engineering support for escalated incidents, projects, and network changes in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client data and voice networks through escalated incidents, assigned projects, and day-to-day tasks
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, switching, routing, and IP voice technologies
- Analyze network monitoring and debug data to identify issues and restore service quickly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, and related technologies
- Experience with Cisco routing, firewalling, switching, and wireless technologies
- Ability to analyze reporting and debug data to troubleshoot network issues
- Ongoing knowledge of network engineering best practices and IT infrastructure
