Network Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Network Engineer will be responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise-level networking and Wi-Fi equipment for hospitality clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and installation.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise-level network and product performance issues
- Independently deploy, install, configure, and test HSIA and network equipment
- Document network systems meticulously and perform high-quality installations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network/Wi-Fi installations and diagnostics
- 2+ years of experience with HP, FortiGate, Aruba, Ruckus Networks, and Meraki products
- Meraki certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment
- Experience configuring Aruba and Ruckus hardware in the hospitality sector
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without supervision
