Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support the design and maintenance of network infrastructure in a cloud-based environment, the full-time Network Engineer will manage configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications and services while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise and cloud network infrastructure
- Coordinate network requirements and changes with infrastructure, security, cloud, application, and DevSecOps teams
- Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and troubleshoot outages and performance degradation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Experience with cloud networking, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- One relevant networking or cloud certification required
- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
