Job Summary
Supporting enterprise data center network infrastructure, the fully remote Network Engineer will manage network operations, execute MAC requests, and troubleshoot complex network issues while collaborating with engineering teams during PST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support network operations across Microsoft's enterprise data center and lab networking environments
- Execute network move, add, and change (MAC) requests and other operational work items
- Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting in production environments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise L2/L3 network engineering experience
- 5+ years of network platform operations experience
- 5+ years of change execution experience
- Proven ability to independently execute network MAC requests with minimal oversight
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or data center network environments
