Job Summary
To support reliable connectivity across a multi-site environment, the mid-level Network Engineer will manage network operations, incidents, and deployments while collaborating with various technical teams, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting complex network issues in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and wireless services across multiple locations
- Diagnose and resolve network issues involving OSPF, BGP, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Support branch openings and equipment refreshes while maintaining accurate documentation and network health monitoring
Required qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of progressively responsible network operations or engineering experience
- Production experience with OSPF, BGP, and dynamic routing
- Hands-on experience with an SD-WAN platform such as Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN or comparable
- Working knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi fundamentals and troubleshooting methods
- Technical education, a relevant degree, or equivalent practical experience
