Network Engineer III

Job Summary

Focusing on circuit design and network management, the full-time Network Engineer III will perform complex design activities, assist with order fulfillment, and collaborate with internal teams while working onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and plan network circuits, ensuring technical correctness and timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate with Service Activation and Field Technicians to troubleshoot issues during pre-build and customer turn-up activities
• Track and update circuit installations while maintaining customer commitments and deadlines in the Salesforce database

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years in telecommunications and/or data networking, with at least three years in design engineering provisioning
• Intermediate knowledge of data networking, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS) and Ethernet services
• Experience with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google programs
• Strong understanding of network QOS, IP routing, and Ethernet switching mechanisms
