Network Engineer L3

Job Summary

To support managed services clients, the full-time remote Network Engineer L3 will design, implement, and enhance enterprise network and security environments across Azure and hybrid infrastructures, while serving as the senior escalation point for complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support Azure network architectures and hybrid connectivity solutions
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, ensuring robust security policies and compliance
• Provide L3 escalation support, leading root cause analysis and improving network reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, with 4+ years as a Cloud Network Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity in production environments
• Strong experience administering Palo Alto and/or Fortinet next-generation firewalls
• Experience in providing L3 escalation support and conducting root cause analysis in a managed services setting
• Proven ability to transition between design, implementation, troubleshooting, and client communication
