Job Summary
Focusing on engineering and supporting the Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise environment, the full-time remote Network Engineer Principal will design solutions, provide Tier 3 technical support, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance telecommunications capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a principal technical contributor for the Webex Contact Center, participating in architecture and design activities
- Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for contact center technologies, guiding engineering teams and stakeholders
- Design and implement solutions for data integration and reporting within the contact center environment
Required qualifications
- Experience in Contact Center Architecture and Design
- Proven technical leadership in Webex CCE and related technologies
- Strong background in solution development and integration with enterprise applications
- Expertise in contact center reporting and analytics, including integration with platforms like Snowflake
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies applicable to contact centers
