Job Summary
Providing enterprise-level support for a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution, the full-time remote Network Engineer - Tier 3 will manage complex customer issues, facilitate software deployment, and collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex customer issues through resolution, restoring AppGate ZTNA deployments to service and advising on configuration best practices
- Facilitate software deployment in customer environments and troubleshoot remote installations of the product
- Collaborate with the Development team to analyze log files and identify potential root causes for troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of enterprise technical support or network engineering experience, including two or more years in an escalation (L3) role
- Experience in configuring, supporting, and managing complex networks, including IP addressing, VLANs, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with network security platforms and VPN technologies
- Proficiency in packet capture and analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
