Seeking a full-time Network Engineer with CCNA Certification, the candidate will manage Tier 1/2 technical support issues, program AN Core solutions for remote deployment, and maintain documentation of client systems while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Open tickets and diagnose technical support issues for remote clients' networks
- Program and provision AN Core solutions for deployment at remote sites
- Provide thorough documentation and perform firmware updates on client systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of networking experience and current CCNA certification (or equivalent)
- Advanced understanding of network protocols, firewalls, routers, and switching
- Experience supporting customer environments in a helpdesk/support capacity
- Able to solve complex technical problems while interfacing with clients
- Availability for occasional nights/weekends as needed
