Network Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of network engineers, the full-time remote Network Engineering Team Lead will design, implement, and maintain cloud and hybrid network infrastructures while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across environments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of cloud network engineers, managing performance, project assignments, and career development
• Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures in Azure and manage hybrid connectivity solutions
• Ensure high availability of cloud network infrastructure, leading incident response and establishing SLAs for performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure engineering, with expertise in cloud and hybrid environments
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role supervising network engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions
• Proven knowledge of network security principles, including zero-trust and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
