Network Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

The full-time remote Network Fulfillment Specialist will manage inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers, translate demand signals into replenishment schedules, and support order fulfillment for B2C customers while ensuring efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adequate inventory levels and facilitate replenishments with co-manufacturers and co-packers
• Support order fulfillment for B2C customers and manage inventory transfers within NetSuite
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, operations analysis, or supply chain coordination
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical instincts with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
