Network Infrastructure Project Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure programs, the full-time Network Infrastructure Project Specialist will manage multivendor execution and ensure quality and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network infrastructure projects from planning and design through implementation, testing, and customer acceptance
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, presenting program plans and ensuring alignment with client priorities
• Act as lead vendor manager, ensuring compliance with SLAs and addressing performance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing network or fiber infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with project management, RAID processes, and network testing workflows
• Experience supporting hyperscalers in cloud computing, networking, and data storage
• Hands-on exposure to global carrier environments across North America and/or LATAM
• Practical knowledge of IP Transit, Dark Fiber, and optical transport technologies
