Job Summary
Leading a team of advanced technical support specialists, the full-time salaried Network Integration Manager will oversee Tier 3 support operations for the STRATIS IoT smart building platform, ensuring reliability and effective resolution of complex network and integration issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Tier 3 support operations, including workload prioritization and complex escalations
- Lead, coach, and develop the Network and Integration Specialists team to enhance technical support capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement continuous improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Five or more years of relevant experience in network engineering, technical support, or IoT operations
- Two or more years of experience in people management or technical leadership
- Strong knowledge of IP networking concepts and experience with network hardware and architecture
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-impacting escalations and technical incidents effectively
