Network Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support network operations, the full-time Network Management Specialist will manage provider recruitment, conduct contracting initiatives, and resolve issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess network needs and recruit providers to meet adequacy standards
- Conduct and coordinate contracting and amendment initiatives
- Provide issue resolution and conduct provider education activities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position/field
- Knowledge of National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
- GED or High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
