Job Summary
To support a growing national specialty network, the full-time remote Network Management Specialist will recruit, onboard, and manage dental specialists while partnering with the COO to design and execute network strategy, ensuring high-quality specialty care is accessible to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard high-quality dental specialists, managing outreach campaigns and pipeline tracking
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for contracted specialists, ensuring alignment on expectations and performance metrics
- Lead compensation discussions and contract execution, ensuring agreements meet operational and margin targets
Required qualifications
- Experience in network management, provider relations, or business development within the healthcare sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on contract management and compliance
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and operational readiness for healthcare providers
