Network Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a U.S. Government customer, the full-time Network Operations & System Integration Analyst will monitor critical IT infrastructure, respond to service disruptions, and perform integration and system testing activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise infrastructure and services, including networks, servers, and applications
• Manage service outages through incident detection, ticket management, and recovery coordination
• Design and execute integration, end-to-end, and automated testing activities while documenting results and procedures

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of experience in Network Operations, Systems Integration Testing, or IT Operations
• Experience monitoring systems and troubleshooting issues
• Experience performing integration or end-to-end testing
• Must possess a valid CompTIA Security+ certification and an active Secret Security Clearance
