Network Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support customer environments and improve network performance, the full-time remote Network Operations Analyst II will monitor enterprise networks, investigate incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and support enterprise network environments for optimal performance and availability
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for network incidents and outages
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot connectivity and service issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools and firewall concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
