Network Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, the full-time Network Operations Specialist will ensure uninterrupted service for customers by responding to incidents, troubleshooting network performance issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize Network Management System tools to oversee network infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents
• Identify and troubleshoot network performance issues and escalate outages to appropriate teams
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and assist in configuring and deploying new network solutions

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in IT or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in network operations, IT support, or telecommunications
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or JNCIA preferred
• Hands-on experience with fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) and enterprise network environments is a plus
• Proficiency in network monitoring software and incident management systems
