Network Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy of provider network data, the full-time Network Outreach Specialist will make outbound validation calls, contact members regarding preventive health activities, and handle provider inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound validation calls to providers to confirm demographic details for practice locations
• Engage with members about preventive health activities and respond to provider inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist provider offices with credentialing issues and maintain accurate call documentation in databases

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or telephone sales, preferably in a Managed Care environment
• Experience with provider practices or healthcare settings is preferred
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and basic computer applications is necessary
