Network Performance Analyst

Job Summary

To support network operations, the full-time Network Performance Change Analyst will analyze network data, create performance reports, and manage change initiatives while working remotely in a state where the company operates.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze complex network-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed reports and develop automated dashboards for real-time visibility into network performance metrics
• Coordinate change management processes and ensure compliance with policies while facilitating communication among technical teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations or performance analysis
• At least 1 year of experience in change management within a NOC or IT environment
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Ability to develop and interpret reports and KPIs to enhance network performance
