Network Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Network Planning and Strategy team, the full-time remote Network Planning Analyst will analyze demand, evaluate capacity and skill coverage, and translate business needs into actionable staffing requirements while working within Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts for volume and staffing requirements, incorporating historical performance and emerging trends
• Conduct capacity-to-volume and gap analyses to identify constraints and recommend data-driven solutions
• Generate and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to improve visibility into operational performance and resource needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or business analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and analytical modeling
• Demonstrated experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and demand analysis
• Experience conducting gap analysis and developing what-if scenarios
• Strong experience in generating operational reports and translating data into actionable insights
