Network Project Engineer
Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Network Project Engineer will manage a variety of IT projects, handle escalations, and collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and deliver on project scopes while collaborating with the project management team
- Provide professional client interaction and resolve escalated customer support requests
- Document resolutions and build knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications
- Formal education preferred: Associate's/Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in network engineering, including design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN technologies
- Familiarity with network protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, NSE7, or PCNSE are recommended
