Network Recovery Senior Associate

Job Summary

As a key member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), the full-time Network Recovery Senior Associate will manage high-severity incidents to restore customer networks, utilizing optical networking expertise and analytical troubleshooting skills in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive critical incident recovery by leading troubleshooting efforts for high-severity customer incidents
• Troubleshoot complex optical networks using diagnostic tools to isolate faults and determine recovery actions
• Engage directly with customers to communicate technical findings and recovery plans during critical incidents

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in optical transport, telecommunications, or network engineering
• Proven ability to diagnose complex network issues in production environments
• Strong understanding of optical transport networks and relevant technologies
• Experience managing critical technical issues from investigation through service restoration
• Willingness to participate in a scheduled rotational on-call model
